Today for maths we learnt about clocks because being able to tell the time is a realy good skill.We learnt about five minute intervals, if you dont know what I five minute interval is it is when the minute hand on a clock goes from 1 to 2 there are 5 minutes in between then and that is called a five minute interval. I have learnt alot about clocks because I never knew how to tell the time on a wall clock, I knew how to tell the time on a digit clock but now I know how to read a wall clock. YAY. What do you think the hardest time to tell is. In so happy that I now know how to tell the time.If you have any questions just leave a comment.
Wow, Tyler you got your blog published so quickly, well done! In your blurb you said we learned about half past, quarter past and quarter to.... but remember we were learning about 5 minute intervals. I'm so pleased this is making sense for you and now you're able to tell the time on the analogue clock at home, that's awesome! You might just want to go and check the last clock on slide 3 to make sure it's correct. Ka pai, Tyler!

DeleteThanks for the comment. I will definitely change it up. I think being able to tell the time on a clock is a great skill because only some people are able to read clocks. Thanks for teaching me this stuff and im looking forward to maths on Friday, crazy hair day.

Awesome work Tyler, I find I have to check the exact minutes when telling the time on an analogue clock. What times did you find the hardest?

DeleteThanks for the comment. I think hardest time to tell is what the minute hand is on the 7 or 8 because it takes me more time to figure out how many minutes have gone by.What time do you find the easiest to tell?
