Today for school we learnt about why leaves change color, Leaves change color when there is lest sunlight so when it is Winter and Autumn there is less sunlight during the day and that is why leaves change color. Measuring Time

Digital Time

Today for maths we have been learning about five minute intervals, But today we learnt about digital clocks. Digital clocks are the easiest clock to read because they show the time on they but they it is a wall clock you have to work out the time. I think being able to tell the time is a realy important skill to have because you can just look at a clock and say the time straight away. Can You Tell The Time

Today for maths we learnt about clocks because being able to tell the time is a realy good skill.We learnt about five minute intervals, if you dont know what I five minute interval is it is when the minute hand on a clock goes from 1 to 2 there are 5 minutes in between then and that is called a five minute interval. I have learnt alot about clocks because I never knew how to tell the time on a wall clock, I knew how to tell the time on a digit clock but now I know how to read a wall clock. YAY. Earthquakes happen from 2 plates that are in the core of the earth, and they more very slow, but every once a day they can hit each other and eather make a small earthquake of a big earthquake. there are about 20,000 earthquakes a year. The Mariana Trench

Today I read a story called what is at the bottom of the sea. I have read a book about the Mariana Trench before but this one had some more facts in it. There are 4 zones, The sun light zone which the sun can shine thought and then there is the Twight light zones which you can just see the light and then the Midnight zone which is one of the darkest parts on the ocean and you cant see the sun and then the Abyssal zone which is were the weirdest sea creatures are.
